 Weld Testing Services
Anderson Laboratories provides weld qualification services in accordance with ABS, API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, ISO/EN, MIL, NACE, NAVSEA, TARDEC and other specifications.  We perform mechanical testing services including tensile, bend and impact strength. Additional testing includes non-destructive testing, hardness surveys of base/HAZ/weld zones, deposit analysis, hard face evaluation, ferrite determination and a variety of other inspection services. We also evaluate and test configurations such as pipe, groove, fillet and spot welds along with brazed joints.

Working under Senior Certified Welding Inspector (SCWI) supervision, Anderson Labs routinely analyzes a wide array of materials up to 12 inches (~300 mm) thick in steel, copper, aluminum and nickel alloys. With a proven record of short lead times, we provide our clients with fast, efficient and accurate Procedure Qualification Record (PQR) and Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) services and reports.
